The Long Bricks are an elegant facing brick, so you can be sure of top quality. This brick is longer than the average brick, allowing you to play with horizontal lines in your facade. The long, slender facing bricks also have a rough edge, which gives your facade just that little bit more character.

Unique production process

In traditional production processes, we sand clay to get the bricks out of their shapes after firing. We don't do that for the Long Bricks. The clay is pressed and rolled in a mold. After firing, we use a special technique with water to remove the stones from their mold. The result is the typical weathered, slightly planed look of the Long facing bricks.

Free play for colour nuances

All bricks in the Long Bricks collection are matte and unsanded. This gives all kinds of colour shades free rein. We have also applied an engobe to some facing bricks in this collection. This is an extra, thin layer of clay-containing suspension that is applied around the stone and enters the kiln. It accentuates the beautiful colour nuances of these bricks.

Versatile application

The Long facing bricks are suitable for all applications. You can also process the bricks how you want: traditional bricklaying, thin bricklaying or gluing . With the latter two processing techniques, you emphasize the linear character of your facade thanks to the long, sleek facing bricks.
