We’re a leader in sustainable building materials, offering recycled bricks, terracotta roof tiles, ceramic façades, and acoustic panels. Our mission is simple: make sustainability a cornerstone of design. In Melbourne, we’re growing fast and need someone to lead our Victorian projects, inspire clients, and help expand our reach.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a hands-on Projects & Client Engagement Manager to take charge of our Victorian operations. You’ll manage projects, guide clients, and keep our Melbourne showroom at the top of its game. This role is for someone who thrives on juggling tasks, building relationships, and making every project a success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead Projects: From start to finish, you’ll oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

  • Engage Clients: Build strong relationships with architects, contractors, and developers. You’ll be their go-to person.

  • Run the Showroom: Keep it sharp, host client meetings, and showcase LOHAS’s innovative products.

  • Collaborate: Work closely with our Sydney team to align on logistics, sales, and project updates.

  • Source Materials: Manage procurement and ensure materials are ready for every project.

  • Grow the Market: Expand our reach in Victoria by finding new opportunities and partners.

  • Boost Sales: Use your showroom expertise to generate leads, support sales, and win projects.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years in project management, architecture, or design.

  • Bachelor's degree - preferred in Architecture, Design, or a related field.

  • A passion for sustainable design and materials.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Confidence managing multiple projects at once.

  • Experience in sales or client engagement is a bonus.
