The Actua 10 is therefore extremely suitable for sleek, modern architecture. The double side closure and double head closure ensures an optimal shielding and water-draining function.
Adjustable batten distance means that the Actua 10 roof tiles have a variable head closure (60 mm). This gives the roofer freedom when laying the clay tiles. With roof renovation, this means that if your shelter is still in good condition, you do not have to renew your battens and can start immediately on the roof covering.
Of course, this does not alter the fact that you can also use the Actua 10 for new construction. An additional advantage of the adjustable batten distance: the roofer can ensure that the top clay tiles come out nicely and that they do not have to saw. This saves some time and costs. It also looks better if you don't have to saw the ceramic roof tiles.
